Is there a minimum order size?
Yes, our minimum order value is INR.300 inclusive of delivery fees. We accept orders under INR.300 but those orders won’t include free pickup & delivery of your items and you’ll have to visit the shop in order to do so.

Can I get my Wash & Fold turned around next day?
Next day wash & fold is definitely available with our Express Delivery service. Although we charge an additional 100% of the service fee in case of 24 hour delivery and additional 50% of the service fee in case of 48 hour delivery. Next day delivery is also not available in case of unfortunate events like technical failure.

Can I receive a delivery if I’m not at home?
If you are not available during our 9am -9pm delivery schedule, you can enable the MyCleaners Drop settings on your account, which will allow you to designate where you would like your order to be left. Please note that we do require a Release of Liability in order to enable the MyCleaners Drop settings on your account. In addition, while we do offer person-less pickup and delivery options, we require that you be available for your first pickup so that we may go through the onboarding process with you. If you opt to utilize MyCleaners Drop for pickup or delivery, we ask you to consider that our Valet has access to a safe place to pick up and deliver your clothes. Typically, this means you can buzz us into your apartment building remotely or you can provide a door code, but every situation is different. Will you bring me, MyCleaners laundry bags?
Yes, your rider will provide you with separate bags for dry cleaning and laundry. If you are able to, prior to your Valet’s arrival prepare and sort your clothes and other items that will need cleaning accordingly. If you ever need additional or replacement MyCleaners bags you can let us know via call or via email.

Should I separate my dry cleaning and laundry?
We would encourage you to sort your clothes according to their cleaning preferences before your Rider’s arrival. But even if you haven’t, our Rider will provide you with the bags & wait while you arrange your items. We also offer hang dry bags for items you wish to be machine washed & then hung to dry.

What time will you come by?
Our service hours are between 9am to 9pm. You will receive a text message on the day of your scheduled pickup with your Rider’s estimated time of arrival, name & contact information.

Can I select a time preference?
Absolutely, we are happy to provide our services around any time preferences you may like. If you would like us to arrive at or near a specific time within our 9am – 9pm service window, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] or call us and we will do our best to accommodate. How do I give you special instructions?

How do I point out stains? Do I need to point out stains?
We assess your items multiple times before cleaning to identify and treat stains, so you don’t need to point them out to us. However, it is appreciated by our cleaning experts to know the exact cause of each stain, since the best treatment will vary by the type of stain and the fabric type. If you know the source of the stain, please let your Rider know upon pickup or email us at [email protected] .

What happens after you take my clothes away?
After we pick up your order, our team conducts the inventory process with your order at our office and prepares it for cleaning. You can expect a confirmation of the pickup via email within 24 hours detailing everything we picked up.

How will I know the total cost?
We will not charge you until delivery is complete, and you can expect to receive an itemized receipt via email immediately following delivery. You can even download the bill and pay through our App or website. Your total cost will include the type of service you choose and if you availed for any Express Delivery Services.

Do you clean Leather?

Do you accept clothing donations?
Yes, MyCleaners highly encourage clothing donations. If you want to donate certain clothes, all you need to do is put them in a bag, label it as ‘Donation’ and give them to your Rider on the next scheduled pickup or delivery. MyCleaners have partnered with various local charities, to your make donations available to those in need.

Do you clean Curtains?
Yes, MyCleaners provide the service of curtain cleaning. In order to clean curtains we require a release of liability given the high risk of damage. And the the turn around time may be slightly longer depending on the material. How do I cancel my subscription?

Can I put anything I want to wash in the bag?
We’ll clean everything that you are able to fit in the bag, including household items like comforters & duvets but we don’t take liability of items whose wash care label specifies ‘Dry clean only’, although we’ll try our best to clean them expertly without any quality degradation. Therefore, we suggest to put those items in the bag which can easily be machine washed & dried.

Why is there a barcode sticker on my clothing/garment?

Can you remove the barcode from my clothing for me?
Yes, we can remove the barcodes from your clothing for you. But this increases the delivery time by 24-48 hours. And if you don’t want the barcode to be removed by us, you can easily do the same with the help of a nail-cutter at your home.

What types of clothes should be dry cleaned?
Any garment which is made of natural fibre or is delicate (for example silk, wool and so on.) are advised to be dry cleaned. Typically, your clothes are ready for delivery on your route days, or 3-4 days after we pick them up.For example, if you had your clothes picked up on Sunday, they will be ready for delivery on Wednesday. We do offer Express Delivery Services to have your clothes returned to you quicker. Yes, definitely. MyCleaners highly encourage this practice as it saves a lot of time for both the customer and us. What is the difference between Standard Turnaround and Express Delivery Service?

When & how will I receive my original bill?
Ensure to take original bill or copy after due delivery of articles to be processed. You can also download the bill through our website or Mobile App. Original bill or copy needs to be presented at the time of delivery of processed articles.

What if the Original Bill gets lost or is misplaced?
If original bill is lost or could not be produced at the time of delivery, the delivery of processed article shall be made to the owner only after verifying his/her credential. You can also regenerate it through the website or App.

What if the customer is not satisfied with the service?
If not satisfied with the quality of any service offered, customers should get in touch with the store or the company within 24 hours for resolution.

What if the customer discovers a damage after the delivery of their items?
Customers are requested to examine the articles at the time of delivery; we would not be held responsible for any damages that are found after delivery of processed articles.

What is MyCleaners policy on items with risk of damage during cleaning?
We are not responsible for fastness, color bleed, color running, shrinkage, damages to embellishments or embroidery work on the articles during processing. We would be putting in our best efforts to remove any stains or unwanted marks on the clothes; however we cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains or marks. Customers will have no claim whatsoever or no rights to ask for deduction in processing charges on account of this.

What if my clothes are not delivered on the scheduled date?
We put in our best efforts to ensure timely pick-up and delivery; however there might be incidents beyond our control or incidences of Force Majeure where we are unable to stick to the timelines. In such cases, customer cannot claim any compensation, refunds or any reduction in charges.

What happens if MyCleaners loses or damages one of my items?
We will do everything that we can to return your garments to you in perfect shape. In the rare occasion that a thing disappears or is harmed during the cleaning procedure, we will provide reimbursement up to the maximum of 7-10 times of the service value, as per our terms and conditions.
